The Site provides information about DX NORITZ, our manufacturing capabilities, and how to contact us. Content is for general information. It is not a catalog with binding prices, lead times, or capacity commitments.

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the Site, scrape it in a way that overloads our systems, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Email, telephone, and request-for-quote submissions are invitations to discuss a possible order. They do not create a contract. Drawings, specifications, and other files you send remain your responsibility to share lawfully.

A manufacturing or supply contract exists only when both parties execute a written agreement or we issue and you accept a formal quotation on its stated terms. Non-disclosure agreements, quality requirements, Incoterms, tooling, and payment terms are handled in those commercial documents, not on this Site.

The Site, including text, images, logos, layout, 3D models, and photographs, is owned by DX NORITZ or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse Site materials without our prior written consent, except for brief quotations with attribution for legitimate business evaluation.

Information on the Site, including descriptions of CNC machining, SMT, PCBA, certifications, and industries served, is overview material. It does not constitute engineering, regulatory, or product advice, and it does not guarantee that we can manufacture a particular part.

The Site may link to third-party websites or load resources from our content delivery network. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
